Italian Artisans since 1901
Carmine De Luca born in 1855, MOLINARO, was the founder of the pasta factory starting to produce traditional “Pasta De Luca” with a manual press and copper dies, drying it with natural ventilation in the open air and then in heated rooms for final drying.

With Semola di Grano Duro flour, the master pasta makers at Pastificio De Luca take control. These artisans skillfully mix flour with water to create a pasta dough that is then carefully shaped into various shapes, from classic spaghetti to intricate lasagna sheets. Slow drying

Low temperature drying
Low-temperature drying enhances the flavors of the pasta. As the moisture gradually decreases, the flavors become more concentrated, creating a pasta that is an explosion of flavor in every bite.
Bronze Drawn Pasta
Bronze-drawn pasta involves the use of molds made of bronze, a durable and porous metal. These molds give the pasta a porous texture: allowing sauces to adhere effectively.
